All applicants will be provided with simple tutorials and guidance in how to utilize the system.

1. We create a texting keyword for you (example: Text COVIDNY to xxx-xxx-xxxx for a New York nonprofit), as well as an application system for both volunteers and people in-need.
   

2. Each applicant is stored in an easy-to-use database after they agree to the terms and submit the form, and volunteers are prompted to sign a waiver.
   

3. You assign cases to volunteers and use the user-friendly system to track which cases are completed. Your dispatchers are notified of new cases by both email and text.
